Dried Elderflowers - Tea

Flowers are handpicked and destemmed and then laid out on racks lined with paper to ensure the pollen stays with the flowers. Daily the racks are agitated and inspected by hand. Makes a wonderful floral tisane and can be stored for long periods. Make your own tinctures or syrups. AVAILABLE IN BULK on request.

Certified organic Black Walnuts are grown on the farm. They are hulled cured and cracked by hand. Nice creamy texture and light walnut taste. Great as a treat, on your ice cream, salad or in your yogurt.

We do our best to ensure all the shells are removed but we ask that you watch for any that we may have missed. KEEP REFRIGERATED - these nuts are not roasted and have natural oils that can easily go rancid if not kept cool.
